Q) What is the minimum hire period?

A) We offer Hire for a minimum of a day.

Q) When do you organise delivery and collection of the hire products?
A) We will contact you a few days before your arrival to organise when to deliver your hire items.

Q) What time do you deliver?

A) We deliver from 6am - 8.30am and then from 6pm - 9pm during weekdays. We can be a little more flexible on the weekends.

Q) Will I get my security deposit back?

A) Once we have collected your Hired items or you have dropped them off we will check them over to make sure they are in good condition and if they are you will receive your security deposit back. If we find a fault with the items we shall contact you. 


Q) What if my hire item doesn't work?

A) If you find that your items don’t work please contact us immediately so we can come and check it over and bring you a replacement if needed.


Q) What if we break or damage the hired item?

A) If something happens please contact us immediately so we can repair the item as soon as we can. If the item is damaged beyond repair we will keep the damage deposit to cover this.


Q) What is your cancellation policy?

A) (i) If you cancel 7 days or more before delivery you will receive 100% refund

   (ii) If you cancel 7 days or less before delivery you will receive 50% refund

   (iii) If you cancel 2 days or less before delivery you will receive 0% refund
Whenever you cancel, you will always receive 100% your damage deposit back.

Q) What area do you cover?

A) We cover the whole of Anglesey and North Gwynedd (Penmaenmawr - Penygroes)

Q) How long before my stay do I need to book my hire?

A) We ask that you book no later than 2 days before you stay. If you would like to book the day before or on the day please contact us.

 

Q) How much is delivery & collection?

A) The delivery cost varies depending on where you would like your item delivered to. We have broken it down into 3 tiers:

£7.50 - Up to 10 miles from Pentraeth

£10.00 - Up to 15 miles from Pentraeth

£15.00 - Delivery & collection further than 15 miles from Pentraeth
